Millionth Circle

"The millionth circle" refers to the circle whose formation tips the scales and shifts planetary consciousness. The phrase comes from Jean Shinoda Bolen's book The Millionth Circle: How to Change Ourselves and The World, which in turn was inspired by "the hundredth monkey," the story that sustained anti-nuclear activists in the 1970-1980s to continue on when conventional wisdom said that nothing (certainly not ordinary people) could deter the nuclear arms race between the superpowers.

Americans for Peace Now

APN is the sister organization of Shalom Achshav, Israel's preeminent peace movement. APN's mission is to educate and persuade the American public and its leadership to support and adopt policies that will lead to comprehensive, durable, Israeli-Palestinian and Israeli-Arab peace, based on a two-state solution, guaranteeing both peoples' security, and consistent with U.S. national interests. We also work to ensure Israel's future and the viability of Israel's democracy and Jewish character through education, activism and advocacy in the United States, and by mobilizing American support for Shalom Achshav.

Global Dimension

The Global Dimension website brings together resourcescase studies and background information to help teachers and other educators bring a global dimension to their work. It is owned and managed by Reboot the Futurea UK charity which promotes a more compassionate and sustainable world with the Golden Rule at the core.

Reboot the Future

Reboot the Future is working with young people at scale through the provision of inspirational educational resources and online campaigns, helping them name and frame their concerns, their values and their visions for a better future informed by the Golden Rule. We are helping to build a generation of people who refuse to believe that the future is foreclosed. A generation who believes that we can re-orientate our choices, our institutions and our systems in the service of reciprocity, care and hope. We want a more compassionate and sustainable world, and we are determined to create a radical shift in mindset founded on a rule, as ancient as humanity itself: The Golden Rule.
